I’ve made these cookies twice now. My husband and I completely love them! The feel is a bit totally different than most cookies I’ve had, however that’s one of many issues we love about these! The final batch of cookie I made, I didn’t put the orange juice or zest within the icing. I substituted the orange juice for a little bit of heavy cream and added a small splash of vanilla extract. I’m very new to baking and that is one among our favourite cookie recipes! I plan to make two batches the following time I make these as a result of they go so quick!
