I’ve 2 toddlers so I can “prep” the veggies and the sauce earlier within the day after which assemble it at supper time. This dish is wonderful for leftovers as effectively.
I did add some candy potato as an alternative of zucchini as a result of I had one which wanted to be cooked. I will likely be making this gorgeous usually!!

[comment_content] => DELICIOUS! I did not use the adobe chipotles (as a result of i could not discover them and since I wished by 3 12 months outdated to eat them) and it was nonetheless yummy. And an excellent one-dish meal. A crowd pleaser, however I am biased as a result of I like every part by Bold Kitchen.
