Solely factor I did totally different was put half of an onion, an entire lemon and two sprigs of rosemary within the cavity of the rooster. Then tied the legs with foil since I didn’t have kitchen twine. Got here out so moist and filled with taste. Can be making it for my husband when he comes again from his Momentary Responsibility Station. Thanks for the recipe 🙂
