[comment_content] => I wanna begin by saying that these cookies ate wonderful!

A couple of issues to notice:
– I didn’t have coconut sugar, so I used slightly below 1/2 cup of normal sugar
– my dough got here out SUPER crumbly. It took a ton of effort to get the dry elements included, so I used to be fairly apprehensive at first.
– I used a cookie scoop to select up the crumbly dough and I mushed it collectively into my arms to create balls – which ended up sticking collectively fairly properly!
– as soon as the cookies had been baked they had been tremendous thick (like wayyy thicker than the photographs haha), so I gently pressed them down a bit with a spatula and allow them to sit on the tray for a bit so they may cool and set.
– though the dough was tremendous crumbly, they got here out so scrumptious (I made them twice – each instances it was the identical), and I lovedddd the thickness of them!
