Additionally threw in a handful of spinach . I figured it was really useful and also you by no means can get too many veggies. I put in 4 cups of rooster broth and 1 cup of milk. The roasted garlic was the sparkler ! I’m very happy with the outcomes. Thanks for the recipe!

I wanted to make use of up some cauliflower and shredded 3-cheddar mix, Plan your time so the cauliflower will get a pleasant brown on the roasting pan aspect. I used an immersion blender and favored the way it let me management the feel. DH doesn’t like many puréed soups, and I left it extra coarse and chunky which suited him properly! I particularly like how the soup will get its thickness from the puréed veg, and that the fats sources have nutrient density. I’ll undoubtedly make this once more, thanks for a fantastic recipe!
